Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to purchases made from PGOM Living ("we" or "us") at pgomstore.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies on our Shipping & Returns page. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
Orders and Prices
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Your order total, including shipping and any applicable tax, is shown at checkout before you pay.
If we can't fulfill your order, or part of it, we'll let you know and refund the amount you paid for the items we can't send.
Shipping, Returns and Discounts
Shipping is free to addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Delivery, delays, returns and exchanges are covered on our Shipping & Returns page. Please contact Customer Service before sending anything back.
Code WELCOME15 takes 15% off one item in your order; if your cart has more than one eligible item, it applies to the lowest-priced one. It can be used once per customer. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Product Information
Product colors, textures and proportions may look different on different screens. Please review the product description, including any listed dimensions, materials and care instructions, before ordering. Some photos include styling props that are not part of the product.
If you need more details about an item before you buy, contact Customer Service.
Payment, Privacy and Your Rights
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Please pay only through the secure checkout on pgomstore.com. Card details are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
