This policy explains how PGOM Living ("we" or "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit or shop at pgomstore.com.
What We Collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address and, if you provide it, your phone number when you place an order or create an account; your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter; and anything you write to us through the chat or the contact form.
Order information: the items you buy, your order history and delivery details.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed and similar usage data. Our website platform and the apps we use to run the store, such as chat and forms, collect it through cookies and similar technologies. Some of these cookies are needed for the store to work, for example to keep your cart and session and to secure checkout; others help us understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without them. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals; our store does not currently respond to them.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process, ship and track your orders; to answer your questions and handle return requests; to run, secure and improve the store; to prevent fraud; and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may send you emails about new arrivals, styling ideas and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of these emails.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for these purposes, including completing orders, handling returns and meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations. The store is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
How We Share Your Information
We share personal information with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed for their service: our e-commerce and website platform (Wix), which hosts the store, checkout, chat, forms and emails; the providers of other apps that add features to the site; payment processors; the partner suppliers that pack and ship your order, which receive the details needed for delivery, such as your name, shipping address and the items ordered; and shipping carriers.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not currently share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising.
We and our service providers may process your information in the United States and in other countries.
Your Rights and Choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to give you a copy, to correct it or to delete it. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Residents of California and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and why, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we do not currently share it for targeted advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and offer the opt-out choices required by law.
To make a request, use the chat or the contact form on our Customer Service page and tell us which request you are making. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm your identity, for example with your order number and the email used at checkout. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission. If we can't fulfill a request, we'll explain why, and you can reply to ask us to review that decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
